Hello!
My name is Nicola Gladwin,
I have lived and worked in Iffendic, France for the last 16 years. I make a range of oven to table ware in small series and one off wall pieces.
I use terre de Provence. The work is thrown sometimes altered and textured in areas and then decorated with layers of slip using sponges, paper resist and slip trailing.
The finished pieces are rawglazed and fired in a gas kiln to 1100°c.
